A Different Kind of AI Advisory Practice

Ivy Orion was built around a simple observation:

AI adoption is expanding faster than many organizations’ operational standards.

Rather than focusing on AI hype or abstract theory, our work centers on the practical realities organizations face as AI becomes embedded into day-to day operations.

What We Believe

Thoughtful AI adoption requires more than implementation alone.

Successful AI integration depends on operational clarity, explainable workflows, practical oversight, and standards organizations can realistically sustain over time.

Ivy Orion helps organizations move beyond informal experimentation toward more structured, trustworthy, and scalable AI practices — balancing operational efficiency with consistency, accountability, and long-term sustainability.

Practitioner-Led. Operationally Focused.

Practitioner-Led. Operationally Focused.

Our approach is grounded in operational reality.

Rather than relying on one-size-fits-all governance models, Ivy Orion works with organizations to understand how AI is actually being used across workflows, decisions, and day-to-day operations.

We focus on practical implementation approaches organizations can realistically follow — helping teams think through validation practices, documentation expectations, workflow consistency, and human oversight in ways that support sustainable adoption over time.

Every organization’s operational environment is different. Our work is designed to meet organizations where they are while helping build more mature AI practices as adoption evolves.

Meet our Founder

Jasmine Triplett, CIA, CCEP founded Ivy Orion in response to a growing operational reality: AI is rapidly becoming embedded into everyday workflows across organizations of all sizes and industries.

She believes AI has the potential to significantly improve efficiency, decision-making, and operational effectiveness when implemented thoughtfully, intentionally, and with the right structure in place.

With a background in internal audit, compliance, and operational review, Jasmine brings experience helping organizations evaluate processes, improve operational efficiency, and think critically about how systems and workflows function in practice.

Her perspective is grounded in real-world workflow observation, hands-on AI testing, and the belief that successful AI adoption is ultimately a people, process, and operational design challenge — not just a technology initiative.

Jasmine regularly shares insights on operational AI adoption, implementation challenges, and workflow maturity through speaking engagements, workshops, professional associations, and industry trainings.

The key to scalable AI adoption is thoughtful operational structure
